It features a large 5-Inch grayscale display, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wideband audio, handsfree speakerphone, and support for corded/cordless headsets. Product Info

This Multiplatform Phone Firmware Enables the 8800 Series to Work With Third-Party Call Control Systems.

Partners who provide telephony and video solutions to their customers can use specialized firmware on Cisco® IP Phone 8800 Series. While this firmware is not the same as that designed for Cisco's own control systems, they contain many shared components.

The Cisco 8811 supports five programmable line keys, which you can configure to support either multiple directory numbers or calling features such as speed dial / BLF.

**Phones Ordered as Multiplatform Phones do not Work with Cisco Call Control**
